Novi Property Mallorca Complaints Policy

We take very seriously any concerns you may have concerning our conduct or anyone associated with Novi Property Mallorca. In the unlikely event that you should have cause to complain, or have any concerns regarding our conduct or behaviour, these will be handled in accordance with the following Complaints Handling Procedure.

  • Complaints should be made in writing and addressed to David Novi at or posted to Carrer Pere Roma Rector 18, San Marçal, Marratxi, 07141, Mallorca, Spain.
  • We will provide you with an initial response within 48 hours including, where appropriate, the action we have / intend to take and the timetable for so doing.
  • We will follow this up, where appropriate, with a formal investigation and will report back to you with the findings, conclusions and action plan.
