Buying property in any market and in any country carries it's risks and clearly those associated with the current market are no exception! In this issue we identify (see the two news items above) the real risks of the Mallorca property market - over priced properties - the need to undertake good market research, but equally the growing opportunities to buy interesting long term investments on the island. Along side David's two articles, providing a backdrop to the market, we identify a small selection of "exceptions to the rule" ie some very good value properties, including one or two buys which just could offer purchasers a "bargain".
