Welcome to the Spring edition of Novi Property News! Yes here in Mallorca Spring is in full swing, the almond blossom has come and gone (if you want to enjoy this wonderful spectacle you need to leave the cold and misery of northern Europe in early February - Spring starts early here!) the sun is shining with the temperatures in the early 20's centigrade and the Island has already had at least half a dozen fiestas including the Balearic regions "national" day. So when in other countries the post Christmas and New Year blues are settling in, the all year around life which is Mallorca keeps on going!

But what about the more serious matter of the Mallorca property market? Is it enjoying another fiesta or is it singing the blues? With interest rates worldwide on a steep upward curve what are the implications for property owners and buyers on the Island? And for a little light relief what new and exciting events can be enjoyed on and around Mallorca?
