With the Christmas and New Year break almost upon us this months newsletter is just a short one to wish all our clients, and newsletter subscribers, our best wishes for an enjoyable Christmas and peaceful and prosperous New Year!

2006 has been a good year for the Mallorca property market with positive real returns at, or near, levels which should be sustainable in the medium to longer term. For those of you already in the market your investment will have delivered excellent returns, as well as offering that all important access to the "Mallorca lifestyle" that attracts so many of us to the Island.

Those of you yet to take the plunge, and still waiting for the right opportunity, the outlook for 2007 looks bright with further moderate growth anticipated. Don't forget the first couple of months of the year are always good buying months, coming before the tourist season gets underway.

At a corporate level we are also very excited about the future. When we launched Novi Property Mallorca our aim was to provide a new approach to residential property retailing and consultancy.
