In addition, there are well stocked mature flower beds providing year round colour and interest, an orchard with a wide variety of established fruit trees, including apples, pears, grapefruit, oranges, lemons, olives, figs, plums, pomegranates and vines. The garden has an extensive automated irrigation system.

Close to the house there is a large walled and very child safe swimming pool surrounded by teak decking, a summer kitchen and barbecue with covered dining area. The original Mallorquin bread oven remains.
