Welcome to Novi Property International, the new foreign real estate investment division of Novi Property Mallorca.

Novi Property Mallorca, specialising in the sale of residential real estate in Mallorca (Balearic Islands), recognise that within its extensive client base there is significant interest in property investment opportunities in other markets, both on the Spanish mainland and internationally. Furthermore the Directors believe that with their extensive experience and contacts in a number of these other markets, the Company is be well placed to offer a selection of carefully chosen opportunities elsewhere.

In order to provide clients with the appropriate quality of service, and an ongoing direct involvement in specific markets, Novi Property International is finalising discussions with a number of Partners with whom we will work to both identify and promote these investment opportunities. We hope to be in a position to bring you the first of these in the summer of 2007.
