Novi Property Mallorca is owned and run by senior and experienced Chartered Surveyor David Novi BA MPhil MRICS. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive support service for purchasers of Mallorca real estate seeking help and advice when searching for a property, identifying what any specific property is really worth and negotiating and over seeing the acquisition with your chosen legal advisors.

Let us take you around the Island of Mallorca showing you options of suitable areas and types of property likely to meet your requirements. Then and only then will the real search start!)

  • Arrange guided and fully informed viewing trips of shortlisted properties (want us to preview to really see whether any individual property is suitable? No problem!)
