Novi Property Mallorca are a small team of Chartered Surveyors and property professionals dedicated to offering clients a comprehensive service relating to the purchase and sale of residential real estate, primarily, in Mallorca.

Differentiating ourselves from the vast majority of agents, that act as simple "brokers", between vendors and purchasers, we work in the main for purchaser clients (as a Buyer's Agent) providing them with an unpressurised, informed, impartial, professional, and customer focused service, based at all times on our core values of honesty and integrity.

In relation to property sales, in the cases where we take on property directly rather than via estate agency partners, we offer vendors a "personalised" approach using not only traditional web portal marketing but also our Blog where we promote individually these properties using dedicated articles.
