Novi Property Mallorca are a small team of Chartered Surveyors and property professionals dedicated to offering clients a comprehensive service relating to the purchase and sale of residential real estate, primarily, in Mallorca.

Differentiating ourselves from the vast majority of agents, that act as simple "brokers", between vendors and purchasers, we work in the main for purchaser clients (as a Buyer's Agent) providing them with an unpressurised, informed, impartial, professional, and customer focused service, based at all times on our core values of honesty and integrity.

In relation to property sales, in the cases where we take on property directly rather than via estate agency partners, we only work with individual vendor clients where we are offered sole agency rights. We believe this offers our vendors a much higher quality service, than the traditional multiple agency approach adopted by many in Mallorca, ensures a significantly greater allocation of resources (time and financial) by the agency, and ultimately a quicker sale and optimum price.
