Property for sale in Pollensa, Mallorca

One of Mallorca's most sought after areas Pollensa is hugely popular amongst British and Irish property buyers as well as the Mallorquins and Spanish. Property in Pollensa falls into four main distinct areas, Port of Pollensa where the major offer is apartments and small villas; old town Pollensa with its charming town houses; rural Pollensa countryside and it's large array of traditional rural fincas; and the cove of Cala San Vicente offering villas and apartments.   

Pollensa property can be relatively expensive when compared with other areas of Mallorca but there is still good value for money to be had if you do your research. Importantly underlying demand remains quite constant and is driven by lifestyle purchasers and "Pollensa devotees" all of which maintains support for the market.

In relation to prices small apartments in Puerto Pollensa can be found from 150,000€ upwards with your average 2-3 bed apartment in the Port being priced at between 250,000 and 350,000€. Prices for front line properties will however be significantly higher. Rural Pollensa fincas generally start from 600,000€ upwards with the occasional small one priced below that figure. At the upper end stunning Mallorquin manor houses or large new built  houses can run into several million €.

Ever popular amongst many visitors are the town houses in Pollensa old town which often offer extensive accommodation with ease of access to the vibrant life and amenities that so typifies Pollensa. Prices start from around 300,000 and can go over the million € mark for large "Señorial" properties.

Finally property in Cala San Vicente is generally newer ranging from small holiday apartments to large villas, many enjoying stunning views over the bay and out to sea.
