We are not estate agents but do list some properties, mainly via some close Mallorca estate agency partners, in order to provide purchaser clients with an idea of some of the properties available on the market at any one moment in time. Our purpose is to assist purchaser clients research the market; find suitable acquisition opportunities; agree the best possible purchase price; source mortgage / funding monies if required; and ensure all legal searches and general due diligence is undertaken to fully protect the clients position.
