Novi Property Mallorca is owned and run by senior and experienced Chartered Surveyor David Novi BA MPhil MRICS. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive support service for purchasers of Mallorca real estate seeking help and advice when searching for a property, identifying what any specific property is really worth and negotiating and over seeing the acquisition with your chosen legal advisors.

We work with you from the very first moment to when the keys are handed over in the following way:
- Establish a brief for the property finding exercise (not sure where or what type of property? Don't rush in. Let us take you around the Island of Mallorca showing you options of suitable areas and types of property likely to meet your requirements. Then and only then will the real search start!)
- Identify options from across the market - via estate agents, developers, private sellers etc so you have access to the fullest range of investment opportunities
- Arrange guided and fully informed viewing trips of shortlisted properties (want us to preview to really see whether any individual property is suitable? No problem!)
- Assess and inform you regarding the real underlying value of any properties you are considering buying. Never has the term buyer beware been more apt! Let us get behind the hype regarding the property and assess the real value.
- Negotiate the terms of sale on your behalf Work along side your chosen legal advisors to ensure a fully comprehensive due diligence exercise is undertaken. Buyer beware springs to mind again but not with Novi Property Mallorca at your side!
